PAYMENT

$50 flat fee* for up to 4 notarized signatures for Traveling Notary Service in these South OC County communities:  Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Niguel, South Laguna Beach, San Clemente, Talega, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods and Mission Viejo*. After 4 notarized signatures, there is a $10 charge per additional notarized signature.

$69 flat fee* for up to 4 notarized signatures in nearby communities, Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, Irvine Spectrum (but not the rest of Irvine), Coto de Caza, Rancho Santa Margarita.

$89 flat fee* for up to 4 notarized signatures in the rest of Orange County, like Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Anaheim Hills, etc. (and I avoid rush hour traffic like the plague).

$99 flat fee
* for up to 4 notarized signatures at any of the Orange County Jails, Men’s Central in Santa Ana, IRC, Theo Lacy Facility in Orange, James A Musick Facility in Irvine. We maintain year-round security clearance with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, so we can visit the county jails any time a lawyer can. The City Jail in Santa Ana is different. They take away our notary book and send it into the bowels of the jail, and I’m NOT comfortable with that.
COME TO MY HOME LOCATION IN DANA POINT AND SAVE $$$

$
15 each for the first notarized signature, $10 for the second notarized signature, and $5 per additional notarized signature, when you come to my house at 33421 Nottingham Way, B, Dana Point. Please call or text before you come, as this is my home, and I come and go throughout the day.

*Loan docs as per agreement with the lender (generally $150 for loan doc signings)

*$10 per 15 minutes waiting time after the first 15 minutes at an appointment – Lawyers ALWAYS make us wait!
*Credible witnesses must present their identification, swear to the identity of the signer, and sign my notary book. Each credible witness is charged as one notarized signature.

*$10 invoicing fee, plus $10 per month overdue collection fee. Please note, payment is due at the time service is rendered, the same as with the pizza delivery guy. But sometimes, we have no choice but to submit an invoice (after I did a notary job at Jaguar/Land Rover Mission Viejo on 9/4/2018, I went to the managers office to ask to be paid, and the manager, Adam Partridge, said, “Oh, you’re NOT getting paid today!”). Mission Hospital is terrible about paying their invoices as well… I’ve been waiting 3 months to be paid for jobs they hired me to do at the hospital in June 2018.

*Additional gas/travel fee for appointments over half an hour away from Dana Point.
